RULES FOR GRANTING ACCREDITATION TO MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES AND ONLINE CREATORS
- Accreditations are granted to professionally active media representatives and online creators after verifying their application.
- Individuals who meet the criteria set by the organizer may apply for accreditation.
- Accreditation is personal, meaning it is issued to the name and surname provided in the form. The name of the editorial office or the online creator’s account will also be included on the accreditation.
- Accreditation is granted for the duration of the fair in the scope of media coverage.
- The accreditation is valid for all days of the Fair.
- Entry to the Fair with accreditation is free.
- To be considered, an accreditation request must include truthful information in the form and consent to the processing of data by the Historia i Kultura Foundation for accreditation purposes.
- After receiving accreditation, creators are required to post coverage of the event on their social media channels, tagging the organizer.
- Registration for online creators is conducted ONLY through the form available on the website. NOTE: On-site accreditation during the Fair will not be possible.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny accreditation without providing a reason.
Criteria for granting accreditation:
- At least 16 years old
- Creating content related to the themes of the Katowice Book Fair and Y&NA Festival
- Having at least the following numbers on a selected social media platform:
- Facebook – 1,000 fans
- Instagram – 2,000 followers
- TikTok – 7,000 followers
- YouTube – 1,000 subscribers
- Bloggers – at least one year of activity
