W tym roku Targi odbędą się w dniach od 3 do 5 listopada w Międzynarodowym Centrum Kongresowym, a w roli gościa specjalnego zaprezentuje się Wolna Białoruś. Wystąpienie niezależnych wydawnictw i autorów białoruskich przygotują Przedstawicielstwo ds. Odrodzenia Narodowego Zjednoczonego Przejściowego Gabinetu Białorusi i Instytut Książki Białoruskiej.
