She is the author of many books, including the short-story collections Sentimentality Works Only for a Day or Two, Too Bright Outside for Love, Only One Person\u2019s Possession,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0We\u2019re from Pepperoni<\/em>, the full-length novel Kyungae\u2019s Heart, Dear Bokja, The Greenhouse Repair Report<\/em>, and First Summer, Wanju<\/em>, the novella Maegi, My Love<\/em>, the linked stories Christmas Tile<\/em>, the short-story I Will Think About That for a Very Long Time<\/em>, the collection of essays Every Word but Love, The Diary of a Korean Plant Parent<\/em>, and My Polar Journal<\/em>. She has been the recipient of many awards, including the Shin Dong-yup Prize for Literature, the Munhakdongne Young Writers\u2019 Award, the Contemporary Literature Prize, Woohyun Award for Art, the Kim Seung-ok Literary Award, and Today\u2019s Young Artist Awards.<\/p>\n
